Walgreens

AHJ provides the structural design for these retail stores throughout the Pacific Northwest. The stores vary in size from approximately 13,000 to 15,000 square feet. The main structure is a steel joist and deck roof with structural masonry unit walls. The floor is a typical concrete slab on grade with a concrete foundation and conventional spread footings. Multiple canopies are designed at the front elevations as well as a drive through pharmacy canopy.
