We design a broad range of building types for architects, developers, contractors, and owners. We encourage creative, constructible, and economical solutions. Collaboration in-house and with clients, along with jobsite visits and project meetings, fosters growth and motivation for our team.

Current Opening: Senior Structural Engineering Project Manager

Overview: Lead engineering for multiple client projects while mentoring staff engineers.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • PE and SE license, or SE exam within 1 year
  • 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience in western states
  • Proven leadership and in-house team mentorship
  • Advanced IBC knowledge and strong technical communication
  • Fluency with BIM/Revit
  • Strong organization and KPI/budget focus
  • Client management skills and interest in business development
  • Constructability and detailing mindset for architecturally significant buildings
