This project is a new three story, L-shaped housing project of approximately 68,000sf. The building utilizes low sloped
pre-manufactured roof joists and engineered wood floor joists at the upper floors. The ground level is concrete slab on
grade with conventional concrete foundations to support vertical and lateral loads.
