This 12,000sf gymnasium expansion used concrete tilt-up wall panels and an open web steel roof structure. The expansion is used for varsity and intramural sports. The new structure was connected to the existing fieldhouse by a 40-foot wide two-level steel framed foyer allowing for full access to the new facility as well as the existing gymnasium.
