Hispanic Cultural Center

This two-story structure contains nearly 30,000 square feet of office space, classrooms, and museums. Its structural components consist of concrete masonry block bearing walls with open web steel trusses and concrete slab floors. The municipal room on the second floor has composite floor joists spanning sixty feet. This unique building has a curved entry that is open to both floors and contains a large, wrap around water fountain and small decorative pool. The exterior of the building is wrapped with an insulated foam system and painted with vibrant colors expressing authentic Hispanic heritage.
