This project is a 35,000 square foot church designed to incorporate loading for future expansion phases. The steel framed structure resists lateral loads with braced frames at the twin two-story classroom wings and moment frames at the column free sanctuary. The roof and floors are supported by open web steel joists and wide flange steel beams. The second floor is concrete slab on steel deck. The perimeter is flanked with steel stud curtain walls.
